Our Office
Law firm Lakiasiaintoimisto Lakituki Ltd is located in Helsinki center.
The firm has
started its activities in 1999. It provides legal services for
companies and private persons.
Our main
practice areas are Dispute resolution, Contract law, Tax law, Labour law, Family- and
inheritance law and Company law. Our services
provide always a personal overview of client's consisting
problems. Problems are thoroughly analyzed and existing
solutions are evaluated.

RESOLUTIOn
We represent
our clients in trials and in administrative procedures.
Contract
Law
We prepare
various contracts from simple real estate agreements to more
complicated trade or acquisition agreements. Contracts are
always tailored to our clients specific needs. We prepare e.g.:
Tax Law
We advise
our clients in personal and corporate taxation issues. We handle
tax litigations. We have taken care of e.g. case C-136/00 in the
European Court of Justice.
Labour Law
We advise our clients on all employment
related matters, both individual and collective, including
dispute resolution.
Company Law
We assist
our clients in all questions relating to company law. We set up
companies and liquidate them, prepare company's articles and
amendment of company's articles. We represent our customers in
court if necessary. We also represent our clients in
shareholders meetings.
Family- and
inheritance law
We advice
our clients in issues relating to estates and donations. We
offer also advising in questions of gift and inheritance tax.
